8:02 AM / THE FIRST CALL

The conversation becomes part of the job.

A homeowner calls about a kitchen leak. Your team can see the customer record, capture the lead and keep the recording, transcript and call summary with the work that follows.

Built in restoration. Configured for your trade.

Your business has its own rhythm.
Your platform should know it.

Built for what happens
after the emergency call.

Drying science, equipment days, field documentation and claims support belong beside the job—not in another system your office has to reconcile.

  • Moisture and atmospheric readings by room and chamber
  • Locally saved moisture readings that sync when signal returns
  • Equipment placement and days feeding billable lines
  • Drying maps, report packets and mold workflows

Communications

The next person to answer
already has the context.

Business phone numbers, SMS, email, recordings and call summaries stay with the customer and job. The office and field can pick up the same conversation.

Progress reports

Keep your team in control.

Generate a plain-language drying report ahead of delivery. Give your team time to review and edit, with reporting intervals that match the client’s needs.

Charges → invoice

You tracked the work.
Now put it on the invoice.

Equipment days and field labor flow into priced lines. Convert the Cost to Date statement into an invoice with the same grouped rows, ready for review.

Follow-up & marketing

Your follow-up should know
when the customer replies.

Run campaigns and nurture sequences from the same customer records your team uses every day. Sequences respond to record status, and a reply stops the nurture.

SEL / Claims intelligence

Connect the carrier’s scope
to the work you documented.

Put the carrier estimate beside your own scope. Graniterox helps identify differences and draft a response grounded in the job’s readings, photos and documentation.

  • Parse carrier estimates into structured findings
  • Compare scope line by line
  • Draft evidence-backed rebuttals and supplements for review

Claims support assists your team; it does not adjust claims or guarantee recovery. Policyholder materials remain subject to human review.

Rainy Day RestorationFounder-operated business · live production use

Graniterox is used daily at Rainy Day Restoration. When a priority account needed regular drying-status reports, that operational requirement became a platform workflow.

Generate at 5. Review before 8. Keep the client informed.
Reports now support 24-, 48- and 72-hour intervals, giving the team time to review and edit before scheduled delivery.
Keep the tools that belong

Your accounting stays connected.

QuickBooks remains your accounting system. Connect photos, payments, calendars and equipment tracking to the same operation.

Let’s talk about
your operation.

Your trade, team size and workflows determine the right setup. A demo should show the work you actually do.

Book a walkthrough
Is graniterox already being used?

Yes. Rainy Day Restoration uses it in daily operations, and the current product blueprint also reports a live pest-control deployment. The product continues to evolve through real operational use.

Is it only for restoration companies?

Restoration is where the platform has its deepest specialized workflows. Roofing and other service trades use the shared CRM, estimating, e-sign, scheduling, billing and customer portal. Pest and route businesses also use recurring service plans, routing, inspections and chemical logs. Your demo can focus on your trade.

What does it cost?

Plans vary by team size and operational needs, with optional modules and usage charges for services such as calls, texts and AI. Ask for a quote that includes your seats, modules, usage assumptions and onboarding. Final plan pricing is being updated.

Do I have to replace QuickBooks or CompanyCam?

No. Graniterox connects to QuickBooks Online for customers, invoices, bills and payments, with payments flowing back and nightly reconciliation. CompanyCam can remain part of your photo workflow.

What happens when a technician loses signal?

Moisture readings are saved locally on the device first and queued for delivery when signal returns. This offline protection is specific to moisture capture; it does not mean every feature works without a connection.

Can you help move our existing data?

Migration importers exist for JobTread, GoHighLevel and FieldRoutes. Review your source system, records and cutover needs during onboarding to confirm what can be transferred.

What’s still in development?

LiDAR room capture, the expanded claims-recovery command center, white-label reseller architecture and customer portal expansion are in development. This page’s interface examples illustrate workflows; they are not live product screenshots. Native mobile phone-app work is also continuing, alongside the existing communications capabilities.
